Significant Words and Comments:
Commentary on Revelation 22:7 (1 September 2008):   “Behold, I come quickly,” raises the question of who is coming. Traditional Christian teaching is, of course, that Jesus will return. As discussed from the beginning of Revelation, Christian myth has created a story not supportable in Torah. This book was written long before the rise of the Christian movement and had a significance before the person of Jesus Christ was created. So the question remains, Who is coming quickly? Torah presents the answer powerfully: “Then shall the trees of the wood sing out at the presence of Yehuveh, because He cometh to judge the earth.” “Before Yehuveh: for He cometh, for He cometh to judge the earth: He shall judge [instruct, correct] the world with righteousness, and the people with His truth.” “For, behold, Yehuveh cometh out of His place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.” “Behold, Yehuveh hath proclaimed unto the end of the world, Say ye to the daughter of Zion, Behold, thy salvation cometh; behold, His reward is with Him, and His work before Him.” “For, behold, Yehuveh cometh forth out of His place, and will come down, and tread upon the high places of the earth.” Consistently, Torah says it is Yehuveh who is coming and that His coming will be for judgment [instruction in righteousness] and salvation. Enoch states: “The Holy Great One will come forth from His dwelling, and the eternal Elohim will tread upon the earth, on Mount Sinai, and appear from His camp and appear in the strength of His might from the heaven of heavens.” “Behold! He cometh with ten thousands of His holy ones to execute judgment upon all, and to destroy all the ungodly: and to convict all flesh of all the works of their ungodliness which they have ungodly committed, and of all the hard things which ungodly  sinners  have spoken against Him.” While the righteous have every reason to look forward to Yehuveh’s coming in righteousness, for the rebellious and wicked, it will be the certainty of their eternal destruction. 1 Chronicles 16:33; Psalms 96:13 [98:9]; Isaiah 26:21; 62:11; Micah 1:3; Enoch I:3-4, 9. Also study Psalms 50:2-3; 96:10; Isaiah 25:8, 9; 40:10; 64:1-2; 66:15; Micah 1:3-8; Malachi 3:1, 2, 5; Enoch LXXXIII:9; XCI:7.

“Blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.” Keeping is guarding, protecting, living by, exalting. We will be blessed, happy, protected by understanding the things Yehuveh has told us in this book. It is imperative, then, that we take the time to read, study, and understand it completely, so we can fully live by it. See the notes on keeping in Revelation 16:15.
