Significant Words and Comments:
Commentary on Revelation 22:1 (31 August 2008):   “He shewed me a pure river of water of life,” that is, Yehuveh showed His anointed instructors an absolutely pure flow of belief which brought vibrant life to all humanity. Shewed is used repeatedly throughout Revelation to indicate Yehuveh’s revelations and the transitions in scene: Revelation 1:1; 4:1; 17:1; 21:9, 10; 22:1, 6, 8. Pure is discussed in notes on Revelation 15:6; river, by Revelation 8:10; water, by Revelation 1:15 and 8:10.

“Clear as crystal,” is, as transparent as innocence! The beliefs are so totally restored to Yehuveh’s original instruction as if there had never been a rebellion or corruption of His truth. Awesome! See notes on this same phrase used in Revelation 21:11. Also study similar phrases in Revelation 4:6; 21:18; 22:1; Job 28:17; Ezekiel 1:22. Clear is discussed in notes on Revelation 15:6; crystal, by Revelation 4:6.

“Proceeding out of the throne of Elohim and of the Lamb.” Yehuveh, as king of the whole earth, and the Lamb-king serving under Him, are the source of the restored elevated belief which so blesses all humanity. Regarding throne, study the notes on Revelation 4:2; Elohim, see notes on Revelation 1:1; regarding lamb and the Lamb-king, see the full explanation on Revelation 5:6.
