Re-evaluation Translation:
(
Repeating) Daniel 11:23  From his covenant unity with Yehuveh will flow elevating reforms, and a few nations will be strengthened [to also serve Yehuveh].
Daniel 11:24  Without warfare, he will enter all secure prosperous regions and will accomplish that which neither his father nor generations before could do; he will distribute among them [the righteous people] the booty and spoil and riches [of rebel nations], and exalt righteous purposes, even restoring right time-keeping.

Bible, KJV Translation:
(
Repeating) Daniel 11:23  And after the league made with him he shall work deceitfully: for he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people.
Daniel 11:24  He shall enter peaceably even upon the fattest places of the province; and he shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers; he shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches: yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds, even for a time.

Significant Words and Comments:

Commentary on Daniel 11:23-24 (8 November 2007):  “And after the league made with him, he shall work deceitfully,” rather reads: “as the everlasting covenant is established, he will establish elevated reforms!”

“For he shall come up, and shall become strong with a small people,” states that this appointed leader will be exalted and will gain the allegiance of  those few nations who now willingly seek Yehuveh. “Thus saith Yehuveh of hosts; In those days . . . ten men shall take hold out of all languages of the nations, . . . saying, We will go with you: for we have heard that Elohim is with you.” “Nations that knew not thee shall run unto thee because of Yehuveh thy Elohim.” And “the nation and kingdom that will not serve thee shall perish; . . . those nations shall be utterly wasted.” Zechariah 8:23; Isaiah 55:5; 60:12.

“He shall enter peaceably [without warfare] even upon the fattest [most prosperous] places of the province [all the nations who reject Yehuveh].”

“He shall do that which his fathers have not done, nor his fathers’ fathers,” that is, this powerful, righteous leader will accomplish what no prior generation has been able to do since Enoch ruled the kingdoms of the world. “He shall scatter among them the prey, and spoil, and riches,” that is, the wealth of the rebellious nations which Yehuveh destroyed will be his to distribute to his people, and unlike the greedy self-serving leaders of rebellious nations, he generously shares this wealth for the elevation of his people.

“Yea, and he shall forecast his devices against the strong holds,” states that he will again establish the “right judgments, and true laws, good statutes and commandments” to cast down all cherished human lies. Nehemiah 9:13.

“Even for a time.” Among the ancient truths restored, the most significant reform will be to fully restore every aspect of Yehuveh’s time-keeping system, marked by the movements of the sun, moon, and stars.
