Applying the Six Years of Returning (Darius)
These things are indeed for us for right now. Repeatedly Daniel was told that the visions given him were
“closed up and sealed till the time of the end;” that they were indeed “true, but the time appointed was long” and pertained specifically to “what shall be in the last end of the indignation: for at the time appointed the end shall be.” Daniel 12:9; 10:1; 8:19 [also study Daniel 8:17, 23; 9:26-27; 10:1; 11:27, 35-36; 12:4, 7-8, 13].
        Likewise, Habakkuk had been told:
“the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.” Habakkuk 2:3.
Now that both prophecy and world events clearly indicate that we have reached that
“time of the end,” how do we “break the code” and open these visions?
        Indeed the
Six Years of Returning (Darius) are applicable now, yet the question remains, “How can we know for certain that the applications made here are appropriate, indeed correct?”
The prophecies themselves contain the needed affirming keys:

Several of these references contain both “date” information and astronomical
markers. When we can clearly connect what takes place on earth with unvarying events
in the heavens, we have anchored the prophecies and can securely apply the predictions
of what to anticipate before these dates arrive.

        These things are written for
the many that “shall be purified, and made white, and tried;” for “the wise” who “shall understand,” that we might know how to make appropriate decisions in the context of what is coming. Daniel 12:10.
To understand each prophecy, we must identify the given dates and astronomical events, study the associated prophecies, and then prayerfully study their fulfillment in current events. Considering the scope of these end-time prophecies, this will require much prayer and careful thought.
list of all Scriptural references to the Years of Darius follows. Notice that the first reference in Daniel 9:1 applied to the first of these six Years of Returning (Darius) and were appeals for prayer and repentance among Yehuveh’s awakening people, most especially among the anointed leaders who were being raised up first, the firstfruit instructors.
